Lee joined Bradfords in 2009 and was appointed Finance Director of Bradfords Building Supplies in March 2017. He joined the Bradfords Group Board and was appointed Group Finance Director in April 2020 and subsequently Chief Operating Officer in April 2024. Lee has held a number of senior finance roles in the construction industry after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Grant Thornton. Prior to that he also served in the Royal Navy as a Warfare & Navigating Officer for 8 years.
