Neil Sabey is Group Managing Director of Harlow Timber Group Ltd, an employee-owned business, with 37 years of experience in the construction sector and over 30 years in building materials supply. Beginning his journey as an apprentice, Neil is a strong advocate for apprenticeships, training, and continuous development. Now in his second year as a Board Director of the Builders Merchants Federation, he brings strategic leadership and industry insight. Neil’s leadership incorporates collaboration, growth, and people-first values. Outside of the boardroom, he enjoys walking and is a dedicated supporter of Northampton Saints Rugby Club, always promoting strong teamwork, and passion both in and out of work.
