This one-day training course will is provide an introduction and help you prepare and conduct negotiations with customers or suppliers to be able to negotiate a positive outcome for your business, while maintaining the relationship.

You will explore the importance of preparation, having a positive objective to achieve and a clear understanding of your strategy. You will learn how to hold a positive meeting and how to anticipate potential areas of conflict to ensure you negotiate a win win position, or the best alternative to a negotiated outcome.

Any person who will engage in negotiations within their role, either sales or with a supplier. The course will either be run as a dedicated sales workshop or will be adapted as a buyer workshop.
