Course Overview
Whether it be trade or retail, every customer coming to the counter is working on a project. From putting up a shelf to building a new housing estate. But how do we harness the conversations to make sure we are maximising every opportunity the customer gives us. If a customer comes to the counter to buy a 6 panel grained door, what are we selling them ? Hinges, handles, soft closers, locks, latches, kick plates …. Or just a door ? If somebody is buying bricks, what are they building ? Is it an extension ? Will it need a kitchen in 6 weeks ?

This one hour module is designed to make sure that every opportunity on the trade counter is grabbed and managed. As it’s a one to one session, we can discuss particular challenges faced on specific trade counters, and work to overcome them together.
