Course Overview
During this course we can discuss what a K&B showroom can do for you, and what your options are. Whether it’s a full on showroom, or designers selling from samples in the clients home, we can look at how best to progress.
We can talk about products and suppliers, and look at tailored solutions to fit your own personal circumstances and location. Recruitment and management of the kitchen designers and lead management tools will also be
explored, along with planning for future growth of the business.
This is a one hour open discussion course where you may decide that a kitchen or bathroom business is, or isn’t for you.
Next Steps
Should you wish to proceed to the next stage of the process, I will visit you at your depot where we can drill down into every area of the showroom business and put structured plans in place, including timings, layouts, profit forecasts and targets.

- Choosing the staff and products that are right for you.
