Award-winning BBC business journalist and broadcaster, Joe Lynam, has been confirmed as the latest speaker at the BMF’s Members’ Day Annual Conference which takes place at St George’s Park on 27 September 2018.

Joe’s business brief covers companies, the economy, EU, UK and Ireland and he regularly appears on BBC News, BBC Breakfast and Radio 4’s flagship Today Programme. He won the 2018 Headline Money Award for Business Story of the Year after exposing RBS’ mistreatment of its small business customers – a report that led to an enquiry by MPs on the Treasury Committee in the House of Commons. The theme of BMF Members’ Day Annual Conference 2018 is “The Future belongs to the Bold”. The Business Conference is followed by the BMF’s black-tie Awards Dinner, which celebrates the achievements of young people working in the industry, both take place on 27 September.

The BMF’s annual Golf Tournament and other social activities will be held on the previous day, 26 September, when delegates will have a unique opportunity to look around St George’s Park, England football’s magnificent training facility, where Member’s Day is being held.
