BMF apprenticeship training is free for the employer and carried out whilst the employee is at work.  It offers trade specific tuition and results in recognised, national qualifications. Skilled and experienced trainers and assessors work with trainees to satisfy current business needs and develop new talent.  The programmes are fully funded by the Government and aim to deliver specific skills and knowledge by attracting and retaining talented young people in the merchant industry.
